Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at Winston Park in Kitchener. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal care to our residents, working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to understand individual needs and advocate for participation in care decisions.

This role requires the ability to foster exemplary relationships with residents, their families, and the village team to deliver holistic care, administer medication safely, and meet quality of life requests.

About the Role

As a Registered Practical Nurse at Schlegel Villages, you will:

  • Hold current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Have current Heart Save Level C CPR certification
  • Be passionate about our objectives, philosophy, and family values that shape life in a Schlegel Village
  • Display a caring and respectful attitude toward residents, families, and team members
  • Understand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the RPN role

Competitive Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $82,500 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
