Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts in conjunction with the property manager
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the rental team
- Foster relationships with potential customers, complete required documents, and issue rental activity reports
- Develop new marketing strategies and business development initiatives with management approval
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, suppliers, and residents
- Support the general manager in their duties and transcribe correspondence
- Update various administrative forms and documents
- Minimum experience in sales or rental positions in the real estate field
- High availability, including evenings and weekends
- Good knowledge of the sector and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Bilingualism is an asset
