Senior Manager of Commercial Lending Products

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of product management professionals and oversee the management of commercial lending products for Peoples Trust. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in product management, commercial lending, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams of product management professionals to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
- Oversee the ongoing management of commercial lending products, including product updates, enhancements, and discontinuations.
- Ensure that commercial lending products are aligned with the organization's risk appetite and credit policies, and that risk is effectively mitigated through underwriting, pricing, and other risk management strategies.
- Ensure that commercial lending products and services comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Actively work directly with the product team to ensure a consistent approach to executing work assignments.
- Ensures the team's lines of communication remain open and actively seeks feedback to continuously improve team dynamics.
About the Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a Product Owner, driving execution, combined with experience in financial services. They will be able to understand concepts quickly and apply those to tangible outcomes. They will also be adaptable, flexible, and responsive to change.
About the Work Environment:
Peoples Trust offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, they will work regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start & end times.
About the Benefits:
Peoples Trust is pleased to offer employees a competitive annual salary and discretionary profit share opportunity. The salary for this position will vary between $140,000 and $150,000 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities & experience that the chosen candidate possess.
