Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mr. India Meats & Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee menu planning, inventory management, and supply ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Develop and implement efficient kitchen procedures and protocols to improve productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to create visually appealing dishes and ensure consistency in food presentation.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, providing prompt resolutions and maintaining a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
  • Hold a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Be physically fit, able to stand for extended periods, and meet the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our company.
