Job SummaryWe are currently seeking an experienced Senior Concrete Construction Manager to oversee the completion of our 10-story concrete tower residential project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of this complex project.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the project team to develop and implement project plans, specifications, and schedules that meet client requirements.
- Coordinate with trade contractors to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, regulations, and safety codes.
- Review trade contracts and scopes of work, lead daily construction activities on site.
- Ensure accurate and timely project close date; identify and resolve conflicts within project teams and associated work.
- Develop, monitor, and oversee quality control measures on worksites.
- Collaborate with the Construction Project Manager to resolve any constructional issues that may arise.
- Proven experience as a Finishing Superintendent on concrete residential towers.
- Ability to see projects through to completion as a senior leader.
- Superior leadership qualities with a demonstrated track record of dealing successfully with internal and external customers.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
