Leadership Development Opportunity
Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. As a Management Trainee, you will gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands-on rotations in various departments. You will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management, and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
- Participate in professional development opportunities with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.

Requirements
- Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months.
- Possess a valid driver's license in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications
- Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role.
- A business or otherwise related academic major.
- A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
