About the Role

As a seasoned project manager, you will be joining the Ubisoft Data Office team, working closely with IT and game production teams worldwide. Your primary focus will be on managing projects and initiatives within the domain, ensuring alignment, and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to closure, including budget development, monitoring, and reporting to management.
  • Oversee project activities, budget, and schedule management, ensuring quality, delivery, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute project communication plans.
  • Monitor key project performance indicators and obtain standard deliverables for project management.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to identify and consolidate stakeholder needs and validate project deliverables.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge in project management, including PMP and/or Waterfall, as well as an understanding of Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies.

  • Excellent management, negotiation, leadership, priority, and stress management, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, and transparency skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at different levels and convince diverse audiences, acting as a communicator and mediator within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proactivity in problem-solving, attention to detail to detect and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
