We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at New Punjab Sweets and Restaurant Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to produce high-quality meat products
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands
- Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
- Remove bones from meat to ensure quality and safety
- Weigh meats for accurate pricing and sale
- Cut poultry into parts and price meat products accordingly
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for sale
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets to meet customer preferences
- Experience in meat cutting and processing is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Good communication and teamwork skills
