We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Meat Cutter to join our team at Humble Products Inc. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands
- Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
- Weigh and price meat products accurately
- Cut poultry into parts and slice cooked meats as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Supervise and train other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers
- Assist with inventory management and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in the meat industry is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
