We are seeking a skilled Wood Fabricator to join our team at PALETTES C.M.P. as a Pallet Production Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling pallets using various wood products and equipment.

• Operate power tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble wood components
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate cuts and assembly
• Handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with power tools and machinery an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills

The successful candidate will be required to work in a warehouse environment with frequent exposure to dust, noise, and physical demands. A valid work permit is required for this position.
