Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Machining Supervisor to join our team at PG Classic Restoration Parts L PG Classic EN. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our machining department, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, including labourers, machinists, and inspectors
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet production deadlines
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Set up and operate machines and equipment
  • Train or arrange for training of employees
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Estimate costs and materials
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a machining or manufacturing environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a manufacturing environment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere. The position requires the ability to work in a team environment and to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
