Machining Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Machining Supervisor to join our team at PG Classic Restoration Parts L PG Classic EN. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the machining and fabrication operations, ensuring the highest quality products are produced while meeting tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of machinists and machining inspectors to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Set up and operate machines and equipment to produce high-quality products.
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in machining and fabrication.
- College/CEGEP education in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. The work setting will involve assembly, fabrication, installation, maintenance, repair, service, and shopwork.
Personal Suitability- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example.
