Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist

About the Role:
At TechPOS, we are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist to join our team. As an IT Systems Strategist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confer with clients to identify requirements and document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
- Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
- Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
- Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
- Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years or more of experience in information systems business solutions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
