Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for sales staff, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure.

The primary language of work is English.
