Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finisher, Concrete to work on various construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes on concrete surfaces, working safely, and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fills hollows and removes spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Levels top surface concrete according to grade and depth specifications.
  • Imparts desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Installs anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures.
  • Applies hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces.
  • Repairs, resurfaces, and replaces worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
  • Reads and interprets blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dusty, noisy, and wet/damp environment, both indoors and outdoors. The work is physically demanding, and the candidate must be able to work 35-40 hours per week.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
  • Physical stamina to work in a demanding environment.
