Job Summary

We're seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to join our team in [Location]. As a key member of our clinical development team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and safety of study participants, adhering to study timelines, and performing various tasks related to study conduct. Your expertise in clinical research and excellent communication skills will enable you to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the well-being and safety of study participants, including intervening and documenting adverse events
  • Adhere to study timelines and perform general tasks according to the protocol or study conduct
  • Supervise and perform technical activities related to your field of expertise or specific trainings
  • Ensure informed consent forms are properly explained, understood, and completed by study participants
  • Ensure supplies are available in sufficient quantities for the well conduct of activities
  • Provide excellent customer service and may be assigned other clinical tasks

Qualifications

For this position in [Location], we require a Vocational diploma in health, assistance, and nursing with updated qualifications, or a college degree in Medical Laboratory Techniques or Biomedical Analysis Technology. You must also possess required bilingualism, including English, and be an active member of either OIIAQ or OPTMQ. For the US position, we're looking for Phlebotomist & Medical Assistants (CMA or RMA) with relative alternate certification considered acceptable.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
