Job Responsibilities
As a Research Assistant, you'll ensure the well-being and safety of subjects on study, adhere to timeframes required by the study, and perform general tasks according to the protocol or study conduct.
You'll also perform technical activities related to your field of expertise and supervise general tasks. You'll ensure informed consent forms are explained, understood, and completed by subjects, and that supplies are available in sufficient quantity for the well conduct of activities.
You may be assigned other clinical tasks, and you'll offer a good quality customer service experience.
Qualifications
We're looking for individuals with a vocational diploma in health, assistance, and nursing, or a college degree in Medical Laboratory Techniques or Biomedical Analysis Technology. You'll need to demonstrate good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel, and clinical software.
You'll also need excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken. Experience in regulatory context is an asset, and you'll need to demonstrate bilingualism in English and Spanish.
