We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team at Vantage. This role will be based in Toronto but working fully remotely, allowing for flexibility and autonomy.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned candidate sourcing professional with a proven track record of success in identifying top talent. You will be responsible for supporting the hiring process by sourcing candidates, engaging with them, and screening applications to provide the best fit for our roles.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Fully utilize relevant applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process and maintain accurate data.
  • Support our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, providing valuable insights and best practices to inform discussions.
  • Utilize a range of channels and techniques to identify and engage with talented candidates, including search engines, job boards, and social networking sites.
  • Develop a network of sector-specific candidates and leverage your networking skills to identify and engage with high-potential individuals.
  • Manage job board advertising to ensure compelling and accurate ads that effectively attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pools of qualified candidates, managing communications to keep them engaged and interested in future opportunities.
  • Update applicant records in the ATS and move suitable applicants to talent pools for future consideration.
  • Maintain agreed service levels and targets, escalating any issues related to supply or effectiveness as needed.
  • Screen and qualify candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information to create long-list recruitment services.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing and skill development through training and networking.
