We are seeking an experienced Property Reconstruction Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis.

This role requires a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. As a Property Reconstruction Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing damage to residential and commercial properties, creating accurate estimates, and collaborating with clients, insurance adjusters, and project managers to ensure seamless reconstruction.

About the Role

  • Meet operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, and Brand Experience
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R meetings, aiming for a Net Promoter Score of 60
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and adjusters on-site as needed
  • Profitably scope estimates, sign projects, and get work started
  • Document change orders and insurance supplements
  • Ensure projects complete within profit range and service level agreements are met

  • Yearly pay range: $50,000 - $100,000, depending on production, with no limit to earning potential

Requirements

  • Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
  • Proficient with various current technologies
  • Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
  • Sound planning and organizational skills
  • Valid Driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and production.
