About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service and Online Sales Support Associate to join our team at Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous?. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet and exceed customer service standards, sales goals, and other objectives
  • Support the online sales team during peak periods
  • Provide a complete sleep system by understanding customer needs and closing the online sale
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and deal with a high volume of customer requests
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales and/or call center customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal
  • Avid multitasker
  • Ability to work in a home environment
