We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Aljazeera Supermarket Inc. as a Butcher Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for sale, as well as supervising other butchers and meat cutters.
Key Responsibilities- Cut and trim meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- Cut, wrap, and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for sale
- Cut poultry into parts and price meat products
- Sell meats to customers and supervise other butchers and meat cutters
- Grind meats and train meat cutters
- Prepare special orders and make special sausages
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
- Permanent employment
- 30 hours per week
- English language proficiency
You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and handling heavy loads. You must be physically demanding and have good hand-eye coordination.
