Job Summary

NV Electrical Inc is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train electrical workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects safely and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being done to the highest standards and that all safety protocols are being followed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems as they arise, and implement solutions to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in electrical construction.
  • Certifications: Construction Electrician Trade Certification and Construction Electrician Red Seal Certificate.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
