Key responsibilities include:

  • Allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorizing senior staff positions and establishing departmental objectives
  • Representing the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Selecting and delegating authority to middle managers and directors

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows.
