  • Lead complex M&A advisory mandates and provide expert support to clients throughout the transaction process
  • Collaborate with top bankers to deliver high-quality client presentations that meet their unique needs
  • Supervise and mentor junior bankers in the preparation of pitch books and live deal materials, including financial models, offering memoranda, and due diligence reports
  • Analyze detailed corporate and financial information, identifying key drivers of value and presenting findings to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, trust, and deal execution

This role requires active collaboration with senior professionals, including Managing Directors and group Heads, to develop and execute solutions that meet client needs. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing your analytical skills and business acumen to drive results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university AND 6+ years of Investment Banking experience in a product or sector coverage group
  • MBA degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university AND 2-4+ years of Investment Banking experience
  • Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly evaluate and analyze companies and financial information
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
