Job Summary

We are hiring Sales Floor Associates to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for creating a unique and personalized shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers
  • Process donations and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture
