Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Floor Concepts Ltd. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and bend, stoop, and reach.
