Job Title: Painting and Decorating Supervisor

Brushup painting ltd is seeking a skilled Painting and Decorating Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating operations, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate painting and decorating projects
  • Lead and train a team of painters and decorators
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and control costs and materials
  • Develop and implement quality control processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Work Environment:
