We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painting and Decorating Supervisor to join our team at Brushup Painting Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of painting and decorating teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Plan and schedule painting and decorating projects, including estimating materials and labor costs.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality finishes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Manage and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in painting and decorating, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of painting and decorating techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
