Job Summary

Travelodge Lethbridge seeks a skilled Front Desk Clerk to provide exceptional customer service and manage hotel operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process departures.
  • Reservation Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow established safety protocols and respond to emergencies.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying as required.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and assist guests with special needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • English language proficiency.
