The Role
This Enterprise Account Growth Specialist role requires identifying and growing sales opportunities within assigned Enterprise accounts ($5B+ companies) and promoting Veeva solutions with key stakeholders across the business and IT at Consumer Product companies. You will act as a trusted advisor, bringing urgency and integrity to help customers with their digital transformation efforts in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and R&D. Your responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, from identifying potential opportunities to closing deals, and ensuring customer success throughout the process.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Strategy, and Solution consultants to develop and execute key actions for securing opportunities with new customers and expanding our existing customer base. To ensure success in this role, Product Experts, Solutions Consultants, and Industry Market Owners will be part of your Selling team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new opportunities for existing or new customers
- Work closely with your Account team to define an Account plan
- Closing new business on your patch
- Manage complex Sales Cycles from end to end
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Requirements
- 7+ years professional SaaS experience, selling into Enterprise accounts with complex sales cycles and a proven track record
- Entrepreneurial mindset and tenacious attitude
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic sales abilities to navigate accounts and opportunities
- Ambitious and proactive approach
- Fast learner and coachable
- Effective time management and prioritization
- Team player, able to handle accountability and direction
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Home office location in North America
Nice to Have
- Sales experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Product Goods, Food & Beverage, and Chemicals is highly desirable but not mandatory
Compensation
- $110,000 - $230,000 CAD per annum, including variable bonus and/or stock bonus based on performance and market conditions.
- Note that actual salaries may vary within this range depending on individual qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
