About the Job

We are looking for a talented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at SPECTRAFORCE. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to emails and messages, and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to track client interactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements and Qualifications
