Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Virsa Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the organization's strategic objectives
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management and the board of directors
  • Oversee the financial reporting and accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements
  • Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior financial role
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and laws
