Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for classifying information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems. You will also be responsible for retaining detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress, inspecting reports and sheets of data, analyzing completed work for duplications or errors in content, verifying, correcting, and deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources, searching websites for information, and seeking further information for documents that are considered to be incomplete.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Classify information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
  • Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
  • Inspect reports and sheets of data
  • Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content
  • Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources
  • Search websites for information
  • Seek further information for documents that are considered to be incomplete

Requirements:

Required skills and experience include strong communication and social skills, ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request, substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems, comprehensive knowledge of Attend Conferences, and proven typing accuracy.
