Food Service Manager

Yummy Indian Cuisine is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Inventory and Budgeting: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physical demands.
Language:English.
Hours:32 to 40 hours per week.
