Food Service Manager

At Mr. Bowl & Sushi, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, establish work schedules, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Suitability:- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with staff to achieve common goals and objectives.
