Responsibilities:
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to design, development, testing, deployment, roll out, support, and finally product end of life.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of the product strategy.
- Develop and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing epics based on business needs and functional dependencies.
- Provide guidance to business analysts to gather feature-level requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of previous experience in a product development or management role.
- Proven ability to complete and deliver projects and initiatives successfully.
- Strong technical knowledge with experience in software development or solution design.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create buy-in and lead teams without direct authority.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Knowledge of BRD tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other similar tools.
- Experience in Payment processing space.
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies such as AWS and GCP.
