Job Overview


Lifemark Health Group is seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and staff, while ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.


About the Role


The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Healthcare Operations Coordinator, you will be working closely with our Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director to ensure the success of our clinic.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff, answering phone calls, greeting patients and visitors, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Coordinate patient intake, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining medical records.
  • Assist patients with completing paperwork and collect payment at time of service.
  • Track coverage for all funding streams and complete data entry and billing.
  • Coordinate courier packages and process incoming and outgoing email, mail, and faxes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director.

Qualifications & Core Competencies



  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
  • High degree of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Experience in a Physiotherapy clinic an asset.
