**Job Overview:**
The BC First Nations Justice Council is a leading organization in promoting justice and equity for Indigenous people in British Columbia. Our team is committed to creating a fair and just society, and we are seeking a Legal Services Professional to join us in this mission.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal services to Indigenous clients, including summary legal advice and information, and individual case representation;
- Develop and implement strategies to address systemic barriers and promote access to justice;
- Collaborate with Indigenous communities, local agencies, and government organizations to ensure culturally safe and indigenized programs and services;
**Requirements:
- Membership or eligibility for membership of the Law Society of British Columbia;
- At least five years call to the Bar in British Columbia or equivalent experience in another Canadian jurisdiction;
- Minimum three years management/supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
**What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $90,000-$165,000 annually;
- An extended benefits package including extended health and dental, personal days, paid vacation, and RRSP/TFSA savings plans;
- A full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement available;
