We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Accounting Manager to join our team at River View Hotel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and making strategic recommendations to senior management.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting and Auditing: Ensure accurate and timely accounting and auditing practices, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in financial accounting and analysis.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 35 hours per week
