Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restoration Technician to join our team at SERVPRO. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in helping our customers recover from fire and water damage by providing exceptional service and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Perform on-site production services, including water extraction, fire cleanup, cleaning, packing and moving contents, and demolition services.
  • Ensure a professional appearance and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Pass a criminal background check and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and be available to respond to emergency situations 24/7.
  • Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
