Job Summary:

At SERVPRO, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction and Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers recover from fire and water damage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients during their time of need.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties and develop effective restoration plans.
  • Lead and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement cost-effective solutions for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction, restoration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, restoration, or related field.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
