  • Deter, detect, and apprehend theft and fraud within our retail locations
  • Collaborate with other Asset Protection Representatives to investigate provincial or national ORC cases
  • Work closely with local police services to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Investigate internal investigations, compile evidence, and present findings for court or arbitration
  • Identify potential shrink opportunities and implement strategies to mitigate loss
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and colleagues
  • Participate in conducting store-level audits and community events
Requirements:
  • Valid Provincial Security Guard License
  • Basic understanding of the Criminal Code of Canada, Trespass to Property Act, and Powers of Arrest
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
  • High degree of initiative and integrity
