About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Professional to join our Administration MH team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional childcare services to families in a permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and care for multi-aged groups of children, from toddlers to school age and infants.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities, games, and outings for children.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring the home is tidy and organized.
  • Assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties during family trips.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Early Childhood Education or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and children.
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude towards changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with families, children, and other stakeholders.
