- Train and coach team members to achieve results and support talent development
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and ensure excellent customer service
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-centric environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
