Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at IRONBULL CONTRACTING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and maintaining general ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and balance general ledger accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and prepaid expenses.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, including GST/HST and corporate income tax returns.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping is required.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
