Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team in the role of Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This position is responsible for providing care and support within the scope of their nursing practice and assisting in the daily operation and leadership of the community inclusion service.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth with significant substance use/addiction & mental health challenges. They will also possess strong clinical judgment skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on current nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide care and support within the scope of their nursing practice.
  • Assist in the daily operation and leadership of the community inclusion service.
  • Collaborate with physicians, professional therapists, social workers, and other experts to plan and evaluate nursing care and therapies.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow RNs/LPNs regarding assessments, required monitoring, necessary nursing care, and other relevant information.
  • Advocate for the active participation of each person living in the community.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license; Class 4 driver's license preferred.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or recent graduation from a nursing program with a multidisciplinary approach.
  • Ability to self-evaluate performance critically.

This role offers a competitive salary of $71 per hour.
