We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Director, Operational Resilience in our Canada Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational resilience initiatives, mitigating risks, and ensuring business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational resilience, aligning with the E-21 OFSI Framework.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate critical operations risks, collaborating with stakeholders to develop action plans and monitor progress.
- Lead analysis of critical operations, defining scope, impact tolerance, and identifying material points of failure.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align remediation actions, execute, and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with Global Operations and 2nd Line ORM to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in operational risk management, with strong knowledge of business processes, risks, and controls.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, coaching, and developing people.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
