About You
You will lead a team of talented UX designers and researchers across multiple product groups, driving alignment and working towards common goals. You will drive UX principles, improve product experiences, help develop UX strategy, actively be involved in generating designs, provide guidance and support, manage operational health, and drive improvements in team processes.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful UX solutions for complex software B2B SaaS products
