Outbound SAAS B2B Sales Executive

Job Description
This position is a hybrid office-remote role, located in Ottawa.
We are looking for exceptional new team members to help accelerate organic revenue growth. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for driving success, we are expanding our dynamic sales team and seeking a results-driven Outbound SAAS B2B Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in our growth.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
1. Identify and target potential customers through outbound prospecting efforts.
2. Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to generate high-quality leads.
Product Knowledge:
1. Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products (Campaigner.com & SMTP.com) and how they address the unique needs of our target market.
2. Clearly communicate the value proposition to prospects and articulate how our solutions can solve their challenges.
Client Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points to position our SAAS solutions as the ideal fit for their business requirements.
Sales Presentations:
1. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our SaaS offerings.
2. Tailor presentations to address specific customer pain points and objectives.
Sales Pipeline Management:
1. Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads through the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
2. Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaboration:
1. Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and address customer needs effectively.
2. Provide valuable input to product development based on customer feedback and market trends.
Sales Quotas:
1. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting qualified leads into paying customers.
2. Continuously strive to improve sales performance through ongoing training and skill development.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of proven track record of success in outbound sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2. Strong understanding of the SAAS industry, technology trends, and competitive landscape.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting customer relationships.
4. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a high level of initiative and a passion for sales.
5. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in sales prospecting tools.
6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
