Job Summary:

In this role, you'll be part of the Efficiency and Effectiveness Program, where you'll help identify and create solutions for process improvements that impact various departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, developing, and deploying Power Apps solutions to meet business needs
  • Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes
  • Develop and enhance data visualizations using Power BI to generate insights for business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Power Platform applications and workflows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform components
  • Stay updated on the latest Power Platform features and best practices
  • Assist in user training and create documentation for developed solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Basic understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL Server as back-end systems
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and integration with third-party systems
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure and Office 365
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in low-code/no-code development
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
  • Knowledge of Power Virtual Agents for chatbot development

Salary Range: $69,900 - $80,000

The salary range represents the job rate determined for the successful candidate who is fully competent in the role. The actual salary will vary depending on market conditions and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
